Question: Is there overflow parking and if so, where?
Answer: Yes, although all plans were designed to fully accommodate at least one automobile per bedroom, with most homes having 1 extra parking spot per home. This eliminates a major need for additional parking. A few extra spaces may be available near the pool/common area.

 

Question: Will there be pool passes handed out and will pool gate be locked for resident access only?
Answer: Yes. The security and accessibility plan will be put into place after completion of the amenities.

 

Question: Can people choose their own paint colors without a surcharge?
Answer: Yes. There will be at lease three (3) interior paint combinations available, not to mention at least four (4) exterior paint combinations.

 

Question: Will the houses come with blinds?
Answer: Yes. Each house comes with blinds installed.

 

Question: Do the houses have a washer and dryer and all other appliances?
Answer: The homes include washer, dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

 

Question: Is lawn care included in the Homeowner’s Association?
Answer: Lawn care and common area maintenance are provided by the Home Owners Association.

 

Question: Will each house have a mailbox?
Answer: Every house will have an individual mailbox placed in front.

 

Question: When will the pool be ready?
Answer: The pool/common area amenities are planned to begin as soon as possible. We are expecting to have it completed within 90 days after start.

 

Question: Is this a safe area?
Answer: Yes this is a safe area. Oxford has a very low crime rate. The subdivision behind Magnolia Grove has been established for a couple years and there are no known problems.

 

Question: Do the houses have alarm systems as an optional feature?
Answer: Yes, each home can be equipped with an alarm system.

 

Question: What types of homes are available in Magnolia Grove?
Answer: We have a selection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes to choose from. Please ask your New Home Specialist to help you select the home best suited to your needs.

 

Question: What is the price range of homes offered in Magnolia Grove?
Answer: For a limited time pricing starts as low as $129,900. Pre-Construction discounts may be offered during the initial stages of construction. Please check with your New Home Specialists.

Answer: Magnolia Grove is located 1.5 miles from the Ole Miss Campus.

 

Question: How far from the “New Commercial” district is Magnolia Grove located?
Answer: Magnolia Grove is less than 1 mile from the new commercial district in Oxford.

 

Question: What size homes are available in Magnolia Grove?
Answer: Our homes range from a two bedroom with approximately 1,058 square feet of heated, living space to our four bedroom home at approximately 1,626 square feet.

 

Question: Is there a Homeowner’s Association in Magnolia Grove?
Answer: Yes.

 

Question: What are some of the benefits included with the Homeowner’s Association?
Answer: The Homeowner’s Association will maintain the pool area, all common areas, and also provide and manage the lawn maintenance for the entire community.

 

Question: Are there Architectural Control provisions within Magnolia Grove?
Answer: Yes. The architectural control provisions are provided by the developer that allows for a balance of architectural features and continuity throughout the community. Design provides the ability to offer six different floor plans.
